How we handle cookies, analytics and advertising data, and your rights under Australian privacy law.
Last updated 2026. This policy explains what PackReflow (the “site”) collects, how it is used, and your rights under Australian law.
1. What we do not collect
The Pack Speed Optimizer and the cost calculator run locally in your browser. The steps, times and volumes you enter are not sent to or stored on our servers.
2. Information collected via cookies
Only with your consent, the site may use:
- Google Analytics: anonymised statistics such as page visits, device/browser type, rough region and time on page, used to improve content;
- Google AdSense: to display and measure ads, which may be personalised to your interests.
Google, as a third-party provider, may set cookies in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use it
- Understanding which pages and tools are used to improve content;
- Showing and measuring ads;
- Diagnosing site problems.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal basis & consent
Analytics and advertising cookies do not load by default; they load only after you consent via the cookie banner. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time and the site still works.
5. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you may seek access to and correction of personal information we hold, and you may make a privacy complaint. If you email us, we keep only what is needed to handle your enquiry.
6. Third parties
Google’s processing is governed by its privacy policy. You can also turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.
